Additionally - he is skillfully identifying the effected business unit(s) / process(es)/ area(s) / system(s) and providing solid information on the breadth and depth of the effect. Honestly - the only thing missing here are snacks.

Justin did an excellent job of walking through the features of a large, complex system in a straightforward and easily-comprehensible way. I have worked on the back end of SAP as a data architect, so I have had significant exposure to many areas of SAP, but this overview was quite valuable, to give me a better understanding of where those modules fit into the whole.
